I believe that as we restore our sacred connection with ourselves within coherence and natural frequencies we feel aligned with a greater sense of inner peace, harmony and universal magic outside of ourselves.
We become our own sanctuary and resting place and reconnected with our heart and soul.
I am a Certified Akashic Records Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Feng Shui Master and Crystal Healer.
Firstly though a devoted mum with two teens, gratefully immersed in the natural beauty of the northern beaches in Sydney.
Once a creative stylist for thirty years, guided to go inwards and take a deep exhale from some deeply painful ancestral patterns, and a way of life that was causing burn out and imbalance.
I now guide others to transform their lives one day at a time, one step at a time, to embody their soul gifts in a balanced and grounded way.
